Q: Do you sell your products wholesale?
A: Yes we do offer wholesale accounts to qualified vendors. We offer generous discounts on volume purchases. Please contact us at (603.552.5950) or email us for further information.
Q: How Long will it take to receive my order?
A: All lollipops are made on weekends and shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays, we try and ship all lollipop orders within 5-10 business days, however please order as early as possible as we can get busy around holidays. For larger custom orders it is a good idea to order at least a month in advance, however if you need a rush order please email or call us (603.552.5950) and we will do the best we can to help you.
Q: How many candy molds do you have?
A: Currently we have about 150-200 different hard candy molds and the list is constantly growing, we hope by the end of the year to have 300! We like being able to offer something unique, that is of high quality and makes you smile.
Q: What kind of soap do you use?
A: All our soap is vegan friendly and as it contains more glycerin it is much kinder to the skin than harsh detergent based soap you would purchase in a regular grocery store. we only use the highest quality glycerin based soap and as a mother with children that have eczema, I know how important it is to have a gentle soap that doesn't irritate the skin and my whole family loves to use the soaps I create.
Q: I have food allergies or special dietary needs can you help me?
A: If you have food allergies or special dietary needs, please let me know, lollipops can be made colorless and with only natural flavoring or no flavoring at all. Our kitchen has inspected and licensed by the State since November 1996, so you can be sure that everything I create is of the highest quality.
Q: What payments do you accept?
A: Our on line store as well as our Etsy stores accept credit card payments through the secure and safe PayPal system. We can also accept credit card payment over the phone.
Q: How do you ship?
A: Shipping within the US always comes with a confirmation number that you can check online and most orders ship out within 48 hours. We generally use either USPS or USP depending on the size of the order and the urgency. If you are placing a larger order please please email or call us (603.552.5950) us so that we can give you a time estimate and make you up a custom listing.
Q: Refunds and exchanges?
A: If upon receipt your lollipops are damaged please let me know and a replacement will be sent out to you. However by law we cannot accept returns on candy items.
